It is with great excitement that we announce the acquisition of Arctic Combustion Ltd. by the Lakeside Group of Companies.

Arctic will become part of the Lakeside Group and join familiar companies including Lakeside Process Controls, Lakeside Industrial Services and the Valve Automation Center. The long standing and well recognized Arctic brand name will continue to be strengthened and promoted.

Peter Barhydt, will assume the role of general manager of Arctic Combustion. The existing Arctic Combustion sales and operations structure and personnel will remain unchanged.

Arctic products and services will continue to be provided by our current team, now with promotion and support from the rest of the Lakeside Group. We expect that the added support of the Lakeside Group will significantly improve our ability to serve customers throughout Ontario and Manitoba.

We believe this acquisition will result in a number of significant benefits for our valued customers:
